On-Line Orders
Our Online Ordering Processing of Credit Card, E-Check, Electronic
Transfer is provided by Pay-Pal. We are a PayPal verified business and use
PayPal as our third party processing service. This service allows you to
make payment by credit card, E-check or electronic funds transfer. PayPal
is a safe and secure way to process your order and is used by millions of
online shoppers and retail vendors. Once payment for your order is
complete, we both are notified by PayPal via email and we are then able to
ship your order to the address provided. Pay-pal maintains security by
keeping your credit information private. We NEVER have access to your
credit card numbers or confidential information.
Mail Ordering
To place your order by mail, please download and complete the
order form. PRINT two copies (one for your records) and mail the form with your check
(made payable to Designs By Joshua Lee) to Designs By Joshua Lee PO Box
185 Butler, NJ 07405-0185. Once your check has cleared, your item (s) will
be shipped using our regular USPS first class postage. No COD's. We do not
accept credit card phone in orders.
Delivery / Shipping
We ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) first class mail. If
Items are in stock, they are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of your
completed order. We ship only to confirmed addresses provided to us once
your payment information is completed. Please allow up to 7 days for
actual delivery of your order.
Shipping and Handling
Charges are calculated based on the total number of items ordered. From
one (1) to Ten (10) window clings is $3.95 and from Eleven (11) to Twenty
(20) is $5.95.
Privacy
We do not sell, nor do we share email addresses, shipping addresses, or
personal information with third parties other than required by law or to
process your order request. We may at times send a design catalog or
announcements of items from Designs By Joshua Lee via email or regular
mail.
